Family Mentorship Program Project
Idea: Establish a mentorship program connecting young or recent graduate family members with experienced professionals in the family (doctors, engineers, businesspeople, artists, etc.). Monthly online sessions or in-person meetings can be organized to provide advice in study and work fields and open training and employment opportunities within the family network. Goal: Leverage human resources and expertise within the family to support career paths for the rising generations.
